It is with a sad heart that we announce the passing of Brother Judge Harrison on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Judge was a longtime Teamster member having worked at several trucking companies, including McLean, Yellow Freight, Standard Trucking, as well as working on several movie projects with Local 71. After semi retiring, he took over the position of Custodian for the Local. He worked tirelessly and was a friendly and familiar sight thru four different administrations at the Local. He retired from the Local in the spring of 2011 due to health issues. The family will be receiving friends Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Friendship Baptist Church, 3301 Beatties Ford Rd, Charlotte, NC, at 10:00 AM. Services will be immediately after at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at the VA Cemetary in Salisbury, NC.

Judge was truly a one-of-a-kind individual. He never met a stranger and always had a smile for everyone he came in contact with. We close with Judge's familiar saying, "See ya later Little Devil".
